Hakodate City is scheduled to introduce a "lodging tax" from April 1, 2026 (Reiwa 8).
Guests staying at our hotel will be charged a separate accommodation tax based on their room rate.
We would also like to inform you about the price revision of the hot spring tax.

[Accommodation tax (per person, per night)]

Accommodation fee less than 20,000 yen	... 200 yen
Accommodation price: 20,000 yen or more, but less than 50,000 yen	... 400 yen
Accommodation price: 50,000 yen or more, but less than 100,000 yen	... 1,000 yen
Accommodation fee of 100,000 yen or more	... 2,500 yen

*The above amount is the sum of the accommodation taxes for "Hokkaido" and "Hakodate City".
*The accommodation fee includes a service charge, but does not include meals, consumption tax, etc.

[Hot spring tax (per person, per night)]
Currently 150 yen → From April 2026, 100 yen

[A request to our customers]
Accommodation tax and hot spring tax will be paid together with the accommodation fee at check-out.
Even if you have made a prepayment or booked a package tour, there will be an additional charge for on-site payment.
Even for reservations made through travel agencies, payment is generally made on-site,
Payment methods may vary depending on the terms of your contract with the travel agency.
