[Important] Please be aware of suspicious emails and messages impersonating hotels or online travel booking sites.
2026.06.15
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
We have recently confirmed that some customers who have made hotel reservations through the online booking site "Booking.com" have been receiving suspicious messages via email and messaging apps such as "WhatsApp."
These messages may contain malicious URLs that attempt to lure you to phishing sites (fraudulent websites) that pretend to be confirming your reservation details or processing payment, and then ask you to enter your credit card information.
If you receive a suspicious email or message, please note the following:
- Do not click on the URL provided. - Do not enter credit card information or personal information. - If you have any suspicions, please contact the hotel directly.
Furthermore, our investigation has revealed that, at this time, no unauthorized access to our hotel's systems or management screens, nor any account breaches, have been confirmed.
We sincerely apologize for the worry and inconvenience this has caused our customers.
We will continue to strive to strengthen our security measures and monitoring system so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
